Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 7–12 business days; Express shipping (2–4 business days) is available at checkout for a flat $12 fee. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select EU countries. Available destinations are shown at checkout based on your delivery address. International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping charges.
Free standard shipping applies automatically to orders over $75 before tax. Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or severe weather are outside our control, but our support team is happy to help track down a late package.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on every product. If you're not satisfied, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of delivery to start a return — no detailed justification required.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Final-sale and clearance items, marked as such at checkout, are not eligible for return. Damaged or defective items are always eligible for a free replacement or full refund — just send us a photo and your order number.
Privacy Policy
We collect the information needed to fulfill your order (name, shipping address, email, payment details processed securely by our payment partners) and basic browsing data (via cookies) to improve site performance and show relevant products.
